As part of its international growth strategy and continued efforts to strengthen its presence across regional markets, Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Company<\/strong> held a high-level meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman to discuss opportunities for expanding the Company’s engineering services and enhancing its participation in Oman’s infrastructure sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026<\/strong>, at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Muscat during the official business visit of Ali Nourzad<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of Mahab Ghodss, and the Company’s senior delegation to Oman. Discussions focused on business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, and practical approaches to expanding Mahab Ghodss’ role in the Omani engineering market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business Mission Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Opening the meeting, Ali Nourzad<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of Mahab Ghodss, expressed his appreciation for the Embassy’s continued support of Iranian engineering companies and presented the key outcomes of the Company’s business mission to Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the major achievements highlighted was the successful delivery of the specialized technical workshop entitled “Artificial Intelligence Applications in Dams and the Mahab Ghodss Intelligent Assistant.”<\/strong> Hosted by the Omani client, the workshop attracted significant interest from participants and generated positive feedback. Following the event, the client expressed interest in extending the collaboration and proposed the implementation of the presented AI platform through a contractual framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Nourzad<\/strong> also introduced the Company’s strategic transformation initiative, “Smart Mahab”<\/strong>,<\/strong> which is aimed at accelerating digital transformation across the organization. He outlined Mahab Ghodss’ ongoing investment in advanced digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence technologies, and intelligent engineering solutions designed to enhance project delivery, improve operational efficiency, and provide greater value to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, Mousa Farhang<\/strong>, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman, commended Mahab Ghodss for adopting an innovative approach to presenting its engineering capabilities through technical knowledge sharing and professional training. He described this strategy as an effective platform for strengthening professional relationships, building client confidence, and creating new business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ambassador further proposed that future technical events and meetings with Omani clients be organized in coordination with the Embassy, with the participation of the Ambassador and the Commercial Attach\u00e9, to facilitate stronger institutional engagement and provide enhanced support for the activities of Iranian engineering companies in Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particular attention was given to the opportunities emerging under Oman Vision 2040<\/strong>, especially in the development of strategic infrastructure projects.
