On the sidelines of the meeting between the CEO of Mahab Ghodss and his accompanying delegation with the Iranian Ambassador to Oman, the involvement of Iranian companies in regional projects was emphasized.
Ali Nourzad, CEO of Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Company, met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Muscat during a business trip to Oman to discuss the expansion of technical and economic cooperation.
On Monday, July 15, 2025, the CEO of Mahab Ghodss met and held talks with Mousa Farhang, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Oman, at the Iranian Embassy in Muscat.
Siamak Borhani, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mahab Ghodss, was also present at this meeting and, alongside the CEO, participated in the discussions and exchanges with the Ambassador.
This meeting took place on the sidelines of negotiations with the client for the water supply project in the “Wadi Bani Khalid” Wilayat. During the session, the latest status of technical and engineering cooperation between Mahab Ghodss and Omani civil engineering entities was reviewed.
During the conversation, Dr. Nourzad highlighted Mahab Ghodss’s international standing and its technical and engineering capabilities. He outlined the existing potential for developing specialized interactions with Omani civil engineering entities and emphasized the necessity for Iranian companies to play an effective role in regional markets, particularly in the infrastructure and water supply sectors.
The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Oman welcomed the active presence of reputable Iranian companies, including Mahab Ghodss, and emphasized the Embassy’s full support for expanding technical, engineering, and economic cooperation between the two countries. He expressed hope that the experience and successful performance of these companies would pave the way for enhancing Iran’s position in international projects.
